Hello! My name is Ashley Neimiller and I am the owner and baker at Cooper's Crust Bread Co. I bake (mostly) sourdough breads, bagels and other goodies! I've been baking sourdough for about 5 years but just started offering to the community this year! I am a stay-at-home mom to an 8 year old boy, 4 year old boy and soon-to-be newborn baby boy! We moved to my husband's family farm in WV about 3 years ago and have never felt more at home. We like to stay involved in our community through our church and homeschooling events!
